Job Advertisement: Assistant Matron

We are a student accommodation facility housing approximately 50 tenants, committed to providing a clean, safe, and well-organized living environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Matron to help manage daily operations and ensure a comfortable stay for our tenants.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
Diploma in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, Social Work, or a related field.
First aid and basic health & safety training (an added advantage).
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (an added advantage).
Skills & Competencies:
Experience or training in cleaning, housekeeping, and space organization.
Ability to supervise support staff and ensure high cleanliness standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for tenant engagement.
Ability to handle tenant concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
Knowledge of basic maintenance and facility management.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
