Assistant Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARY

This is an entry level position. The ideal candidate should be creative and resourceful, with a flair for visual storytelling and the ability to translate concepts into impactful, brand-aligned designs. They must be able to produce engaging graphics that capture attention and effectively communicate Bayport’s product and service offering. This role is best suited for someone with a strong interest in sustainability, design sensibility, good reporting, and organisation and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Study creative briefs and determine requirements

 Conceptualize visuals based on requirements to create engaging visual content

 Design eye-catching visuals, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials

 Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

 Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software as Affinity Designer and Adobe

packages

 Adhere to Bayport brand guidelines and use brand approved colors, fonts and layouts for each

graphic across various media and maintain a consistent brand identity across all projects.

 Design and format communication materials for Environmental Social and Governance (ESG)

reporting, such as infographics, reports, and internal communication

 Assist in preparing sustainability and ESG reports, including layout design, visual storytelling, and

integration of data and narratives

 Assist in coordinating internal and external ESG-related campaigns, events, and activations,

including CSI initiatives, staff engagement, and awareness drives

 Assist in collecting and organizing data, photos, and stories from the field or project teams for use

in ESG communication and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

 Should possess minimum Degree in marketing, graphic design Technology or a related field

 The candidate should possess at least two years’ experience.

 Should be skilled with adobe suite ( Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and more), Figma

 Should be knowledgeable of excellent design principles and trends

 Should be very creative and innovative with a keen eye for aesthetics.

 Open minded to new ideas and able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
