Assistant Fleet Manager (Intern)

1. Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles.
2. Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed.
3. Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules.
4. Coordinating drivers and on-staff maintenance professionals when setting
employee schedules.
5. Managing vehicle licensure and registration
6. Assist in managing and developing the use of Fleet database ensuring data
integrity, accurate reporting and expanding the use innovative features and
program integrations to improve fleet operations.
7. Acts in the absence of the Fleet Manager which includes supervising Fleet
Division staff; and
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work Experience and Requirements
1. 1 to Zero Years Work Experience
2. Must be 25 to 35 years old
3. Persons of Any Nationality is acceptable
4. Must have atleast a diploma in any related despline
5. Must be willing to work and commute to Chambishi
6. Must be atleast Chingola, Kitwe, Chambishi, Kalulushi residents
