The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA), in line with our corporate priorities aimed at optimizing revenue collection and increasing tax compliance, and in view of the need to effectively manage the numerous challenges and opportunities in the fast-changing business environment, is seeking highly motivated, result-oriented, well-qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR – PERFORMANCE AND CULTURE, SALARY GRADE ZRA03 (1 POSITION)

PURPOSE

Reporting directly to the Director Human Resource, the job holder will be responsible for ensuring that the ZRA HR practices, procedure and processes drive improvements in performance and transform workplace culture.
