Job Description
Maximize revenues from sales by maintaining sustainable relationships with clients, upselling and cross selling of INFRATELS product offering coupled with portfolio growth. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for the end to end on-boarding process plus debt collection as well.
Key Responsibilities
SALESMaintain high penetration of all INFRATEL’s products/services on the portfolio and the market.Achieve Monthly sales Gross Adds Target, revenue targets and market share objectives.Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products.Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.Participate in weekly sales KPI tracking meetings.
REPORTING
Prepare reports for submission to the Senior Account Manager – Daily, Weekly and or Monthly.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report on progress weekly.Entering and updating all required data for sales onto the company’s CRM system.
CUSTOMER RETENTION
To ensure 100% customer retention and upsale.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
End to end on-boarding of clients: Prepare contracts plus all relevant documents.DebtManagement.Investigating, following up and ensuring queriesfrom customers are resolved.
COST MANAGEMENT/BUDGET
Ensure adherence to the Pricing policy and all companypolicies.Carry out a through OPEX analysis and provide recommendations into areasof possible reduction.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or any Business-related course.
Valid and clean manual driver’s license with over two years’ driving experience.
ZAQA Verified qualifications. A must

KEY KNOWLEDGE
Sound knowledge of salesmethods and tools.
Knowledge of ICT Industry.
Computer literate.
Understanding of the principles of effective customer service process anddebt collection.
KEY SKILLS
Must possess analyticalskills to identify and evaluatepotential prospects and opportunities.
Excellent customer serviceskills since they will be spending a good deal of time directly interactingwith clients and addressing their needs.
Problem solving skills.
Excellent Oral, Writtenand presentation skills.
Ability to work at all levels in the organisation.
