Job Description

Simz Academy Ltd is seeking an innovative and tech-savvy AI Specialist to integrate advanced artificial intelligence tools into teaching, writing, research, and data analysis processes. The role will also involve automating various organizational tasks to optimize efficiency and productivity across operations.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate and manage AI-driven tools and solutions in educational content delivery, enhancing the online learning experience.
Apply AI methodologies to support research projects and data analysis initiatives.
Develop automation strategies for routine administrative and operational tasks.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, researchers, and technical teams.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing AI systems, maintaining an awareness of emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
Provide training and support to staff on the effective use of AI tools.
Ensure data security, ethical compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards in the implementation of AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
At least two years of experience working with AI and machine learning applications, preferably within educational, research, or consultancy environments.
Demonstrated proficiency with AI platforms, machine learning frameworks, and data analysis tools.
Experience in task automation, including process optimization and workflow management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly.
