Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12 certificate
B.A In architecture
3 years experience or more (added advantage)
Membership to ZIA will be an added advantage
Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
Basic knowledge of site planning is an advantage.
Assist in the design and drafting of architectural plans for various projects
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design specifications are met
Conduct site visits and oversee the implementation of architectural designs
Analyzing complex environmental reports and using the knowledge gained in designs/plans.
Providing recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.
Drawing up reports and contracts.
Writing proposals and presenting them to clients.
Developing initial design concepts aligned with client requirements and project goals.
Creating detailed 3D Models, Architectural drawings & renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and objectives.
