Purpose of the role:
The program is designed to develop entry‑level technical talent through structured training, OEM exposure, and on‑the‑job learning, aligned to Hitachi standards and operating philosophy, leading to full operational readiness for future deployment.
Program Scope:
- Structured apprenticeship training.
- Hands-on technical exposure on Hitachi heavy equipment.
- Skills development aligned with OEM and operational requirements.
- Progressive readiness assessment prior to deployment.
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Advanced certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Repair.
- Graduation Year: 2024 or later
- Must have cleared all TEVETA examinations
- Valid fitness for duty certificate.
- Willingness to undergo Hitachi OEM- led development and mentorship.
- Ability to work in a safety- critical, disciplined mining environment.
