Job description

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing agricultural processing operations at Tree of Life Farm, focusing on producing and processing food products while mentoring students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production of peanut butter and vegetable oil

Manage equipment maintenance and inventory control

Train and supervise staff and students

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards

Market agricultural products

Develop operational strategies

Coordinate with farm management

Maintain comprehensive operational records

Essential Qualifications:

Grade 12 Certificate

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Agriculture

1+ year agricultural work experience

Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel)

Valid Zambian Driver’s License

Strong leadership and team management

Problem-solving and strategic thinking

Excellent communication

Organizational capabilities
