What We’re Looking For:
* Qualification: Minimum Diploma or degree in Business/Insurance or any relevant field
* 2 years Sales Experience in the insurance and financial industry.
* Proven track record of managing high performance sales teams
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
