Job description
Zambia Open Community Schools (ZOCS) is a vibrant and flagship organisation of Community Schools in Zambia since 1992 that empowers communities to provide quality basic education to OVCs, especially girls and children with disabilities. Premised on the principle that every child has a “right to education”, ZOCS, through its three-pillar approach of Advocacy, Capacity Building, and Service Delivery, has accomplished much for the children and people of Zambia, reaching out to 224,847 learners (112,433 Boys and 112,414 Girls) in 1285 demonstration Community Schools across 97 Districts in all the 10 provinces of Zambia.

In line with the provisions of the ZOCS financial and procurement policies, ZOCS is inviting applications from established and reputable companies in all the 10 Provinces of Zambia to register as suppliers for goods and services for the period December 2024 to December 2026.

Applications must be clearly labelled “ZOCS Vendors Registration for 2024-2025 [specify category here]” e.g. ZOCS Vendors Registration for 2025 – Cleaning and sanitary services, and deposited in the Box situated at:
Zambia Open Community Schools, Plot No. 20 Tito Road, Rhodes Park, P. O. Box 50429 Lusaka.
All suppliers that are currently supplying goods/services to ZOCS must re-apply with all documentation attached as mentioned above.
Closing date for receipt of applications is Saturday 11th January 2025 at 17:00 hours.
