We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Office Orderly to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a resident of will assist with day-to-day administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations by handling errands and small tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Run office errands such as delivering documents, banking, and collecting supplies.
Assist with photocopying, filing, scanning, and general clerical tasks.
Support staff with minor administrative/ accounting duties as assigned.
Ensure timely handling of messages, parcels, and deliveries.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate.
Previous experience in a similar support role will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Trustworthy, punctual, and highly organized.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Location: Makeni, Lusaka
