Job description

VACANCY: ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN

Automotive Performance Centre Limited is inviting applications from enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated individuals for the position of Administrative Intern.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students seeking practical experience in office administration, customer service, records management, and general business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.

• Assist with filing, document management, and record keeping.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.

• Assist with data entry and maintaining company databases.

• Support procurement, human resources, and finance administrative functions as assigned.

• Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Purchasing and Supply, Office Management, or a related field.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
