Button Insurance Company Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented *Administrative Insurance Clerk* to join our dynamic team.

*Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:*

* Diploma in Insurance from a recognized institution (required)
* Prior experience in an administrative or insurance-related role is an added advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage administrative support functions within the insurance department
* Maintain and update policy records and client files
* Process insurance documents, endorsements, and renewals
* Handle client queries and correspondence professionally
* Prepare reports and assist with compliance documentation
* Coordinate with underwriters and claims departments as needed
