Job Description
Simz Academy Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth functioning of our organization’s daily operations. The successful candidate will handle a range of administrative tasks, including ensuring regulatory compliance, managing payroll and contributions, and supporting marketing and advertising activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, scheduling, and correspondence.
Ensure institutional regulatory compliance, including timely filing of tax returns and compliance with the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA).
Manage payroll processes, salary payments, and associated documentation.
Coordinate marketing and advertising activities, assisting in promotional campaigns and social media management.
Provide support in organizing meetings, workshops, and events.
Liaise with external stakeholders and service providers.
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in educational, consultancy, or related sectors.
Familiarity with Zambian regulatory frameworks (taxation, NAPSA, compliance requirements).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
