The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting with enquiries about our services and products. You will provide essential support to the sales and administration teams, ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, processing sales orders, and supporting both administrative and sales activities. This full-time position requires a proactive, organized individual who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient sales and administrative support to maintain smooth office operations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, welcoming and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Record all sales orders and ensure timely completion, collection, or delivery to clients.
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Handle copying, scanning, printing, and note-taking tasks.
  • Enter client data accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders.
  • Order office supplies and manage client deliveries and courier services.
  • Oversee stock and materials management.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space.
  • Participate in marketing and sales activities as needed.
  • Provide branding support when required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Certificate or Diploma in an administrative or sales-related field.
  • Proven dependability with a responsible and reliable work ethic.
  • Initiative to take on responsibilities and challenges independently.
  • Strong team player with a cooperative and pleasant attitude.
  • Experience in sales and administration roles.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Well-spoken, presentable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of graphic design and the printing industry is an advantage.
