Keke Enterprise is a general, civil electrical contracting company. We are based in Kitwe and we are looking for an administrative assistant.

 

Responsibilities
1. Answer and direct phone calls
2.Organize and schedule appointments
3. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
3.Write and distribute emails and reports
4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
5. Develop and maintain a filing system
6. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
7. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Diploma or certificate in any business related field
