Frachels Enterprises, a reputable waste collection company, is seeking a highly organized and
detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite, have strong record-keeping and filing skills, possess a background in
accounting and financial administration, and have experience in clerical or secretarial work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Assist in financial administration, including basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and payroll.
Handle office communication and correspondence, both internal and external.
Maintain and update financial and operational records in line with company processes.
Perform general clerical duties, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing office resources.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong record-keeping and filing abilities.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial administration.
Experience in clerical, secretarial, or administrative roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
