ADDENDUM NOTICE – SITE VISIT REQUIREMENT
All prospective bidders for Invitation to tender (ITT) – Rehabilitation of Mongu District Hospital Theatre, Rehabilitation services of Lewanika General hospital theatre and Rehabilitation of Mongu District hospital maternity annex in Mongu are hereby informed that a mandatory site visit is required prior to bid submission as indicated in bidding documents.
Site visits will be conducted between 1st and 10th October 2025 during working days and hours. Vendors must schedule their visit a day before appointed date by contacting the SCI Supply Chain Team at Zambia.Procurement@savethechildren.org.
A Site Visit Certificate, signed by an SCI representative, must be submitted as part of the Bidder Response Document. Failure to submit this certificate will result in disqualification.
To this effect, the invitation to tender has been extended and bis should be submitted no later than 17:00 Hrs Local time on Monday 13thth of October 2025 using the Bidder Response Document provided in Part 3 of each respective tender pack
