ADDENDUM NOTICE FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR SYSTEMS AT THREE HEALTH FACILITIES IN MONGU DISTRICT
Tender Reference: PR658424
Tender name: Supply and Installation of Solar Systems at Three Health Facilities in Mongu District – Lukalanya, Litawa, and Mongu District Hospital Maternity, Western Province
This notice serves as an official addendum to the above-referenced tender. The purpose of this addendum is to provide clarifications and issue a corrected Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the works to be undertaken at 3 health facilities in Mongu
Clarifications:
The scope of work and quantities remains unchanged; however, battery specifications in the original BOQ have been revised for accuracy.
The corrected BOQ reflects the following:
Updated specifications for batteries.
Action Required:
All bidders are advised to use the corrected BOQ attached to this notice and attached tender document when preparing their submissions.
Previous versions of the BOQ should be disregarded.
To this effect, the invitation to tender has been extended and bis should be submitted no later than 17:00 Hrs Local time on Wednesday 26thth of November 2025 using the Bidder Response Document provided in Part 3 of each respective tender pack, follow the link below;
