Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Activation Manager to join our Consumer team. The Activation Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand awareness for our consumer healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute activation plans to drive consumer engagement and brand visibility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of activation strategies with overall business objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities.

Plan and execute consumer events, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activation initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, and promotional agencies.

Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in consumer activation and marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in consumer activation, marketing, or brand management, preferably within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry or any FMCG (at least 2 years).

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.

Creative thinker with a passion for consumer engagement and brand building.

Flexibility to travel as needed.
