Job description
1. Update the Basic Dump Data Sheet every day. Update the Basic Distribution Data Sheet every day.
Monthly regular and timely Transportation Department Carrier Contract List
2. Check the integrity of documents returned every month
3. Record the “Payment Request Tracking Form” to ensure that the payment is completed within 3 days of domestic dumping and 7 days of cross-border dumping
4. Record the Deduction Ledger Record Form to ensure that the damaged goods are deducted from the transportation fees
5.Periodically update TMS system operation time point and system operation point every day.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related
Experience: No requirements
