We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Accounting & Administration Officers. The successful candidates will play a critical role in managing financial operations, administrative functions, and supporting business growth across different areas.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Handle budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliations in line with company standards.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Support day-to-day administrative functions, including record management and reporting.
Coordinate with financial institutions and manage banking transactions.
Provide administrative and financial support to management and project teams.
Contribute to improving internal controls and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and administration practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
