Job description
The University of Africa is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join the School of Health Sciences as an Academic Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support preparation of lecture materials and tutorials • Assist with online learning platforms (LMS management) • Guide students in academic writing and assignments • Maintain student records and assist with administrative tasks • Participate in student mentorship and academic support
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Public Health, Environmental Health, or related field • Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology • At least 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Health/ Environmental Health • Teaching or academic support experience
