As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and innovative 3D Printer Operator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The 3D Printer Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art 3D printing equipment to produce high-quality prototypes and components for our furniture products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for advanced manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

–          Set up and operate 3D printers, ensuring all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.

–          Prepare and modify 3D models for printing, ensuring designs meet production specifications and quality standards.

–          Monitor the printing process, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.

–          Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop new products and improve existing designs.

–          Maintain accurate records of printing processes, materials used, and production schedules.

–          Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in the workplace.

–          Assist in training new team members on 3D printing processes and equipment.

Qualifications:

–          High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

–          Proven experience operating 3D printers, particularly in a manufacturing or production environment.

–          Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

–          Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

–          Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

–          Excellent time management and organizational skills.
