Job description
We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our logistics operations team and support the smooth movement, monitoring, and control of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily fleet movements and vehicle allocations
• Monitor truck availability, trip schedules, and turnaround time
• Liaise with drivers, transport team, and other departments
• Track vehicle documents, permits, and compliance requirements
• Report breakdowns, incidents, and delays promptly
• Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
Requirements:
• Experience in fleet coordination/transport operations (preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of fleet tracking, maintenance, and compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vehicles
• Computer literacy (Excel, reporting, emails)
