Kuchuna Real Estate Cooperative Society Ltd is a member-owned cooperative at the forefront of affordable housing and infrastructure development in Zambia. As we scale our work to deliver value-driven, community-focused construction projects, we are seeking expressions of interest from qualified professionals and firms in the following disciplines:

Construction & Engineering:

Civil Engineers
Structural Engineers
Quantity Surveyors
Builders & Contractors

Architectural & Design:

Registered Architects
Draftspersons & 3D Rendering Specialists

Our Work Includes:

Construction of residential flats and housing units (bedsitters, family homes)
