Job description

1.0 BRIEF SUMMERY

The Zambia International Trade Fair Trust (ZITFT) is inviting applications from talented, energetic, enthusiastic and suitably qualified and experienced candidates for ushering x10 role to be engaged for 7days period.

Reporting Relation

Report to: Administration Officer

JOB SUMMERY

Welcoming and giving directions to clients during the TRADE FAIR event.

MAIN ROLES AND RENSPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all visitors are given right directions during the event

Provide ethical customer services to our clients

Make the needed announcement as requested effectively and effinciently.

Ensure proper coordination with both internal and external clients of the Trust.

Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION.

Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.

Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, marketing, or any other related discipline.

Related experience in a similar position wil be added advantage.

Fluent in English and local language for communication

Customer service mindset

Ability to communicate in a mass pupolation.
