Call for Proposals: Enumerator Consultancy for Baseline Survey – SCORE–ECD IV Project

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) – the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States – is seeking proposals from qualified and reputable consultants or consultancy firms to support the implementation of the SCORE–ECD IV Project in Zambia.

The consultant will be responsible for:

1.     Recruiting 25 enumerators from the respective project sites,

2.     Managing survey field activities during the baseline data collection,

3.     Supporting the cleaning and submission of collected data,

4.     Submitting detailed activity reports in line with agreed deliverables.

The assignment will be implemented in the following locations: Samfya, Ndola, Monze, Mazabuka, Chipata, and Chipangali districts. Consultants must demonstrate strong experience in baseline or endline surveys, including both quantitative and qualitative research, and must be able to recruit enumerators locally within the specified areas.

Proposal submissions must be sent to the same email address with the subject line “Enumerator Consultancy – SCORE–ECD IV” no later than Monday, 2nd June 2025 at 17:00  local time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
