SITE ENGINEER (X2)

This position will be reporting to the Head of Engineering Department.

Academic Qualifications & Experience Requirements.

Grade 12 School Certificate,

(BSc. or BEng. (Electrical) Diploma (Electrical), MEIZ,

REng with valid 2025 Practicing License Member of Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) must be attached.

At least 2 Years of Relevant Work Experience (Documented).

Duties to Be Undertaken:

Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.

Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.

Compiling reports for different stakeholders.

Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Observing health and safety standards

Completing quality assurance

Supervising crew members

Preparing estimates for time and material costs.
