Job Description

Billing

Ensure timely and accurate billing
Revenue forecasting and scenario analysis
Customer contract management and revenue assurance
Accurate reporting – revenue and receivables
Compliance management, including tax compliance
Bad debt reporting and analysis
Ownership of the billing process

 

Treasury
Manage all aspects of in-house investment portfolios
FX Trading
Payments processing
Cash planning and spend analysis
Cash forecasting and providing valuation information to management
Preparation of weekly and monthly periodic treasury reports
Petty cash management
Loan contract management, reporting and compliance management.
Monitoring the macroeconomic environment (lending rates, inflation, exchange rates, etc.) and updating the company on all significant development
Manage relationships with financial service providers
Monitor bank service fees, transactions processing and address quality issues
Bank reconciliations and accounting for Treasury transactions
Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accountancy/Finance.
Masters degree in Accounting/ Finance or MBA is an added advantage.
ACCA, CFA, ZICA is an added advantage.

Member of a professional body

Additional Information
A minimum of 5 years cognate experience
Advanced spreadsheet and modelling skills
Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
Excellent Communication Skills (oral & writing)
Have a good sense of customer service
Very comfortable with Microsoft Office applications
ERP experience
Ability to work under pressure with large volume of data
