We’re seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our vibrant resort team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned mixologist with a flair for crafting cocktails, a passion for guest service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and style
-Welcome guests warmly and provide top-tier customer service
-Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
-Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
-Accurately handle cash and process transactions
-Suggest drink pairings and upsell where appropriate
-Work collaboratively with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
-Follow all resort policies regarding alcohol service and guest interaction
Qualifications & Skills:
-3+ years proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a resort or high-end setting
-Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and bar equipment
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts
-Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
-Must be able to start immediately
