As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Skilled Farm Worker to join our horticulture team with a specialty in fruit tree cultivation and grafting.

Key Responsibilities

Plant, graft, and nurture various fruit tree species, including:

Oranges: Washington Navel, Valencia Late
Tangerines/Nartjies: Budded/Grafted Cape Nartje or Pixie
Lemons: Rough Lemon, Grafted Eureka or Lime
Avocados: Grafted/Budded Hass, Fuerte, or Red varieties
Support the development of our goat farming section
Ensure proper orchard management and high plant survival and yield rates
Participate in general farm maintenance and operational tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements

Must be willing to relocate and live in a remote rural area (Chipili District)
Experience in fruit tree management (planting, grafting, nurturing) is essential
A certificate in agriculture will be considered an added advantage
Must be married, with a stable family background
Aged 25–35 years
Sober-minded, reliable, and self-motivated
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
