Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and reach out to potential customers, businesses, and partners.

– Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on solar solutions.

– Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

– Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

– Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

– Work closely with the marketing manager to generate and follow up on leads.

– Track and report sales performance, ensuring targets are met.

Qualifications:

-Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

– Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

– Experience in sales, preferably in the solar or energy industry.

– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and must be in the solar industry for more than a year.
