Pharmacy Technician Intern

Mair Pharmacy Ltd is a community-focused pharmacy dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services and personalized customer care. We are currently looking for qualified Pharmacy Technicians who have completed their studies and hold a valid HPCZ license(Temporal or full), but are seeking to gain or deepen their experience in a retail pharmacy setting.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for newly licensed Pharmacy Technicians looking to build practical, hands-on experience in a supportive retail environment. You’ll work closely with licensed pharmacists and a dynamic team, gaining exposure to real-world pharmacy operations, patient interaction, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
Provide professional and courteous service to all customers and patients
Manage stock levels, check expiry dates, and assist in inventory control
Process prescriptions using pharmacy software systems
Adhere to pharmacy laws, regulations, and internal policies
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards of practice

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Pharmacy Technology
Valid HPCZ license (Temporal or Full) to practice as a Pharmacy Technician
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Customer service mindset
