Account Manager

BGS is seeking a proactive Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client accounts in North Western and Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to sell and /upsell or cross-sell ICT products a and services based on client needs and business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Lead onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation, providing continued support throughout the client lifecycle.
  Provide clients with regular reports, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to align expectations and improve service delivery.
Keep clients informed about industry trends, new BGS innovations, and competitive intelligence that can impact their business.

Desired Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  Minimum of 3–5 years in account management, client service, or business development in a technology or digital services company.
Understanding of IT solutions, software development, or digital platforms; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; adept at managing expectations and building trust.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a problem-solving approach.
