Reporting to – Marketing manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and reports, showcasing our expertise and capabilities in civil engineering projects.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target markets, and industry trends, tailoring marketing efforts accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, architects, contractors, and government bodies to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, report findings to management, and make data-driven recommendations for future marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and competitors to ensure a competitive advantage in the market.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional report writing abilities, delivering clear and concise messages to target audiences.
Knowledge of civil engineering concepts, terminology, and industry-specific marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management software, email marketing platforms, and analytic tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
