Job description
1. Ballet Instructor & Art Teacher
Overview:
The Learning Ladder seeks a passionate and experienced educator to fill the dual role of Ballet Instructor and Art Teacher. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of inspiring creativity and discipline in students through both dance and visual arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging ballet lessons that cater to various skill levels.
Conduct comprehensive art classes covering diverse mediums and techniques.
Develop and implement curricula that foster artistic expression and appreciation.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate arts into the broader educational program.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment, adhering to child safeguarding protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in teaching ballet and visual arts to children.

2. Primary School Teachers
Overview:
The Learning Ladder is in search of dedicated Primary School Teachers committed to delivering high-quality education aligned with international standards.

Plan and execute lessons that meet curriculum objectives.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Diploma in Education or a related field.
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable international-standard school.
Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practicing license.
