ABOUT POSITION

The embroidery machine operator will be tasked to set up, operate, and maintain embroidery machines to create embroidered designs on fabric. Their role involves loading designs, adjusting machine parameters, monitoring the embroidery process, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. They also handle routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the machines.
Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation:
Load designs, adjust parameters, and monitor embroidery machines to ensure accurate placement and high-quality results.
Design Interpretation:
Understand and interpret design files and work orders to set up machines according to specifications.
Quality Control:
Verify product specifications, colors, quantities, and materials to maintain quality assurance standards.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime.
 Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting, including multi-needle models.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of production output, quality control metrics, and machine maintenance.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with design and production teams to improve processes and product offerings.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve machine issues to ensure smooth operation.
Design Creation/Editing:
Create, edit, and convert designs from electronic formats to embroidery format.

Required Skills
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of printing processes, printer operation, and RIP software.
Quality Control: Ability to identify and resolve print quality issues.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate print placement, color replication, and overall quality.
Communication: Collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
Time Management: Meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
Added Advantage:
At least one year experience in same or similar position.
Proficiency in operating DTF, Heat press, Plotter, embroidery, industrial multipurpose printing machines.
Experience with specific printer brands (e.g., HP, Extreme, Fuja).
Knowledge of various  RIP software.
Familiarity with different finishing processes (e.g,  cutting)
