Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring effective implementation, precise measurements, and adherence to quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise construction activities on site
Monitor and control project quality, cost, and timelines
Interpret designs, specifications, and drawings
Ensure accurate measurements and compliance with project specifications
Prepare and submit progress reports
Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Valid Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) practicing license
Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering works
Proficient in project implementation and quality control procedures

Job Title: Land Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support road construction projects by providing accurate layout alignments, levels, and monitoring tolerances during all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Set out alignment and control points for construction works
Provide and monitor levels and tolerances
Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate site documentation
Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure correct interpretation of plans

Qualifications:

Diploma in Geomatic Engineering or Civil Engineering
Valid Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) practicing license
Minimum 2 years of experience in road construction projects
Proficient in surveying instruments and CAD software

Job Title: Foreman – Road and Drainage Works

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Foreman with hands-on experience in road and drainage works to supervise and coordinate field activities on our construction sites. The ideal candidate must ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site road and drainage works
Allocate tasks and monitor work crews
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors

Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Works or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field

Valid Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) practicing license
Minimum 2 years of experience in road construction works
Strong leadership and communication skills
