Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
Utilize lead generation tools and software to optimize efficiency.
Implement effective lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and content marketing.
Lead Qualification:
Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as budget, decision-making authority, and interest level.
Conduct initial conversations with potential leads to understand their needs and pain points.
Lead Nurturing:
Develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns to maintain engagement and build relationships.
Provide valuable content and information to potential leads.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Track and manage the sales pipeline to identify bottlenecks and optimize the sales process.
Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Track record in lead generation and sales development (Advantage but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) not essential, full training will be given.
Willing to learn and coachable.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive and results-oriented attitude.
