Job description
Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location:Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-time
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company specialized in Aluminum, Tombstones, Granites, Marble, Worktops, roofing sheets and Board melamine products looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team. . If you have a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Promote and sell company products and services while building strong customer relationships.
Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally.
Qualifications
Atleast 2 years experience in sales or customer service
Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
Advanced Certificate in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration or any related field.
Strong interpersonal skills and resilience.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Computer literacy is essential, proficiency in Microsoft office package
Valid driving license is a plus
Knowledge in Aluminum, Tombstones, Worktops, Board melamine products is added advantage
