Are you a recent IT graduate or professional with a passion for maintaining cutting-edge technology in healthcare?

TUSO Business Dynamics is seeking skilled and dynamic individuals to join our team as Individual Maintenance Service Providers (MSPs). In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring uninterrupted IT operations in healthcare facilities across Zambia.

Location: Copperbelt (66), Southern (84) and Lusaka (47)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair computers and IT systems.
Test and support new rollouts of IT solutions in healthcare settings.
Provide feedback on user experience to improve system implementation.
Conduct regular equipment inspections, firmware updates, and part replacements.
Swiftly resolve localized device issues and restore critical technology access.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of Diploma in I.T or related field.
Recent graduates (within 3 years)
Drivers license (category A & A1) is added advantage
Technical skills in computer maintenance and infrastructure support.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
