About Us:

Harakati Logistics is a growing logistics and transportation company committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and timely logistics solutions across Zambia and beyond. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Transport & Logistics Officer to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics and transportation operations
To assist in finding business opportunities
Manage the scheduling and dispatch of vehicles and drivers
Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and roadworthy
Track deliveries and ensure timely distribution of goods
Maintain accurate records of transport activities, fuel usage, and vehicle logs
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
Liaise with clients, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Address and resolve transportation issue or delay effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of fleet management and logistics software is an added advantage
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
