JOB TITLE: FIELD BIKER
Reports to: Field Manager
Location: Kazang Zambia

Purpose

We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, energetic, customer-focused, and ready to ride out and make a difference every single day.

 What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

As a Field Biker, your day-to-day will include:

Delivering and selling Kazang Point of Sale (POS) machines
Training customers and helping them with any issues
Making sure customer premises are branded the Kazang way
Distributing paper rolls
Using company tools like KSIS to stay on top of your game
Taking on any other tasks your supervisor might need help with

 What You’ll Need to Join the Squad:

To get started, please submit the following:

Application letter
CV with at least two traceable referees
Police clearance report
Two recent passport-size photos (taken within the last 6 months)
Copy of your TPIN certificate
Copy of your National Registration Card (NRC)
At least 1 year of experience as a motorcycle rider with a reputable organization
A valid Class A license (must be valid for at least 2 years)

What Success Looks Like (Key Performance Areas):

Revenue Sales: Hitting or exceeding your monthly sales targets
Placement Management: Making sure our POS machines are working well and actively used by clients.
