Job description

Young African Women in Leadership (YAWL) is looking for 2 motivated Resource Mobilization Interns to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about nonprofit work to gain hands-on experience in fundraising, grants and proposal writing, and partnership development.

Responsibilities
1. Support to identify potential funding sources, including grants foundations, and CSR programs.
2. Assist in writing proposals, concept notes, and donor communications.
3. Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns.
4. Help manage donor databases and fundraising trackers.
5. Perform administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Requirements
1. Must currently be enrolled in a degree program pursuing development studies, communications, business administration, project management, or related fields at a reputable university. Preferably final year students
2. Possess strong research and writing skills.
3. Be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
4. Be passionate about nonprofit work and social impact.
5. Have the ability to work independently and others if needed to meet deadlines.
6. Should have a laptop.
