Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to grow our social media presence and enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate, manage, and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
Represent Okavango Foods confidently and engagingly during radio appearances, interviews, and public speaking events.
Increase customer interaction and engagement by producing compelling content, promotions, and interactive initiatives.
Analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, proposing actionable improvements.
Collaborate closely with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
Exceptionally creative with a strong flair for storytelling and content creation.
Skilled communicator who is comfortable speaking publicly, including in radio interviews.
Proven experience in managing and growing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
Ability to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated to engage customers and expand market reach.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields are desirable, but creativity and practical experience will strongly be considered.
At least 2 years of proven marketing experience.
