Job description
Chongwe Child Development Agency is a voluntary membership based, child protection and child centered development organization. It is a non-governmental organization that is non-profit making, non-religious, non-political, non-partisan, and which does not discriminate on account of color, creed, tribe, race or nationality.
SUPPLY OF 300 GOATS
Project Overview:
We are seeking qualified vendors to supply 300 goats for [Caregivers economic empowerment project]. The goats must meet the health and quality standards outlined in the Zambia laws in relation to animals and be delivered within [Two weeks after vendor client agreement].
A) Scope of Work:
1. Provide 300 goats that meet the following requirements:
2. Healthy, disease-free, and fit for purpose
3. Minimum age: She Goats that have not yet given birth.
4. Gender distribution: (200 She goats and 100 He goats Zambia indigenous).
5. Delivery to [Mpanshya, Rufunsa, Chitemalesa and Chimusanya]
6. Ensure proper documentation of health and vaccination records for all animals
7. Include all costs for transportation, handling, and delivery
B) Eligibility Requirements:
Vendors must meet the following criteria to submit a bid:
1. Proven experience in animal supply and transportation
2. Ability to meet specified delivery timeline
3. Capacity to provide the required number of healthy goats
4. Valid certifications for animal health and safety standards
C) Bid Submission:
Interested vendors are invited to submit their bids by [14th Aprill 2025 deadline]. Bids should include:
