We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated Administrative Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build your professional skills in a fast-paced and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily office management and administrative operations
Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and tasks
Support various teams with tasks requiring structure, follow-through, and coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Assist with process tracking and documentation
Handle bookings and general office logistics
Provide support for digital content tasks (basic photo/video editing)

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Basic understanding of office administration and task coordination
Good computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Some experience with computer software including photo and video editing tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to support tasks effectively across different teams and functions
