ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ndola for an Internet Installation Field Technician. The technician will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of internet services. Daily tasks include cabling, configuring and installing hardware, testing connections, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support. The role requires physical work and travel to various customer sites within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Troubleshooting and Cabling skills
– Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
– Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
– Ability to work independently and efficiently within a dynamic environment
– Relevant technical certification or equivalent experience in a related field
– Must be a Ndola resident
– Must reside near the Ndola Airlink Broadband office
